Doesn't this outfit just scream polo match or some equally fancy sporting event in which sipping a glass of chardonnay wouldn't make you look like you don't belong?
I'm totally digging the ruffles on the dress which is why I wanted to further enhance them with the beige ruffled purse. In case you haven't noticed, I like to coordinate my fake outfits (I'm hoping that this will encourage my real outfits to follow suit).
I figure if someone is wearing an off-the-shoulder dress like this, chances are they're not inside watching crappy daytime television. They will be out in the sunlight living it up. Hence, the big sunglasses and matching big, floppy hat. A girl has to protect her jewels, after all (in this case jewels being eyes and skull).
Of course I would choose a cork platform shoe. The black of the shoe matches the dress and the cork matches the trim and the purse. And the hat. One big, happy, coordinated family! As for jewelry, I thought a pretty gold necklace would suffice seeing as there is a lot of bare skin that could use some bling.
