I'm on summer holidays now and dreaming of a world where I can comfortably wear certain fashions without feeling like (a) a cow, (b) a horse or (c) a cow who has eaten a horse.
Yes, my self-esteem is sky high these days.
I've brought back the fashion on this blog. It will definitely be a regular occurrence and will be featured on days other than Fridays because I'm bored and I forgot how fun playing virtual dress-up can be (but, please do not be alarmed if you see a "Fashion Friday" post on a day other than Friday ... I still know how to tell what day of the week it is).
So without further adieu, I bring you my first entry in a long, long time:

I don't know where to start with this outfit.
I do not own anything that resembles this. I'm pretty sure that my wardrobe aspires to be like this when it grows up. I love how soft and feminine it seems. I love the one shoulder piece with the jewel-like accessories that make this dress that much more fancy. In this case, I opted for a shoe that is a similar colour to that of the dress and I think it works. I would've gone overboard if I chose a purse that was also in the aqua family. The white really adds to the softness of this outfit (as does the fabric that seems quite loose -- not in a slutty way). The jewels on the purse really accent those found on the dress as well as those that would be worn. Putting a necklace on would take away from the beauty of the neckline as it is highlighted by the one-shoulder strap. Dangly sparkly earrings and a blingy ring really work to tie this gorgeous outfit together.
Damn, I'm good.
