First Fall

There is some serious nippy weather going on outside my window.

Time for scarves and shoes that cover your toes. Although, true story: In Greece, there were quite a few people who would wear their scarves wrapped around their neck. And if they didn't have a scarf? They would wrap a shirt around their neck. The funny thing about this trend was that it was mainly the Italians who would do this. So our inside joke was that you could spot an Italian from a mile away just by the fact that they had a scarf on. We thought it was a fashion statement, but apparently it was to "keep their necks warm so they wouldn't get sick." Okay, understandable. Especially since the weather at night was quite chilly. But when we saw people on the beach in their briefs with a scarf wrapped around their neck? Well that was a bit ridiculous.

But, I digress.

I actually have a shirt very similar to that, which I absolutely love. It's so comfy and the fact that it's in my favourite colour (purple, come on people) is a big bonus.

I'm just glad that I finally get to wear the sweaters that I love so much again. I've said it before, and I'll say it again ... Fall is my absolute most favourite season. And not just because we will soon be gaining an extra hour of time. That extra hour of cuddle time just makes it all the more better.
